EXERCISE ala SNSD


Well ! Siapa yang gak mau jadi se-sexy mbk mbk galau jodoh yang suka di PAPARAZZI itu ( baca : GG ) . Nah , belum lama ini allkapop.com mempost cara olahraga ala SNSD . Instruktur senam ini menggambarkan secara detail bagaimana berolahraga ringan tapi bermanfaat besar . Dimulai dengan olahraga untuk memperoleh lengan ideal Sooyoung hingga abs milik Yuri . ( Banyak cin cong ya ?? ) Ok Lets Chek it Out .... satu dua satu dua hu ha hu ha .......


Secret 1: For slim arms like Sooyoung’s…
  •  Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • Spread your arms wide and flex your hands
  • Turn your arms clockwise for four counts and bend your knees at the same time
  • Swoop your arms so that they extend directly in front of you
  • Continue the movement for the fifth, sixth and seventh count
  • Bring your arms in towards your body and stretch them out as you jump on the eighth count.
Remember! 3 sets of 20 reps!
Nah tuh Lengannya Ideal Banget Kan ? Kayak Gak belemak gt .......





Secret 2: For Tiffany’s hips…
  • Stand straight
  • Bend your left knee and jump as you kick your right leg back
  • Alternate between left and right legs
  • Keep your free leg straight and do not bend forward  . ( Remember! 3 sets of 20 reps! )
Secret 3: For toned abs like Yuri’s…

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
  •  Place your hands at the back of your head
  •  Bring your knees in toward your arms as you crunch your upper body to meet it
  •  Alternate sides ( Remember! 3 sets of 20 reps! )



Secret 4: For YoonA’s delicate neckline and collarbones…
  •  Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
  •  Ball your one hand into a fist and place the other hand on your hips
  •  Raise your free arm so that it is perpendicular to the floor (forearm facing up) on four counts
  •  Twist your arm to the side and look away for another four counts
  •  Make sure your feel the stretch in your muscles as you twist
  •  Alternate sides


Secret 5: For Sunny’s pronounced, voluminous chest…
  • Open your arms wide and ball your hands into fists
  •  Sweep your arms to the front with your forearms facing up and bend your knees at the same time for four counts
  • Open your arms to your side for another four counts  ( Remember! 3 sets of 20 reps! )
